Woodland Park Baptist Church -Hammond, LA

 Purpose 

  1. To reach and grow disciples who joyfully pursue the patterns, priorities, and purpose of Jesus. 

  2. To serve Woodland Park Baptist Church through member assimilation, discipleship development (Sunday School and ministry outreach teams), and missions participation.

 

Strategic Planning and Leadership 

  1. Define strategic goals and vision as a key leader among staff and ministry leaders. 

  2. Develop new ministry programs that are responsive to both needs and opportunities. 

 

Sunday School and Other Groups 

  1. Provide leadership and develop strategy for all Sunday School and small group ministry of WPBC.

  2. Serve as a resource and liaison for committees related to the educational program. 

  3. Develop educational/training projects in order to identify and develop leaders.

 

Ministry

  1. Plan and coordinate community-focused “serve” events to do outreach to the lost and unchurched.

  2. Engage our church family in deeper faith and fellowship.

 

Missions

  1. Develop short- and long-range goals for missions.

  2. Challenge, train and recruit others for involvement in missions.
